Studio Policies

Trial Lessons & Enrollment

• Trial Lesson: A 30-minute personalized session ($50) to meet the teacher and find the best class placement.

• Year-Round Enrollment: Students are welcome to join at any time.

Tuition & Payment

• Private Lessons: Payments are due monthly during the first week of each month.

• Group Classes: Tuition covers a full 18-week semester. Classes follow the A·Key Calendar, excluding holidays and school breaks.

• Withdrawals: Tuition is non-refundable if a student chooses to withdraw mid-term or mid-month. A 30-day notice is required to terminate lessons.

Missed Classes & Make-ups

• Group Classes: No make-up sessions are offered. However, students will have access to class recordings, instructional videos, and materials for home practice.

• Private Lessons:

1. A 48-hour notice is required for a make-up class; otherwise, the session is lost.

2. No refunds or credits are provided for missed lessons.

3. For travels over 2 weeks, notify us during the first week of the month to avoid charges.

Late Arrivals

• To respect everyone's schedule, lessons will end at the designated time, regardless of the start time.

• Sessions cannot be extended for late arrivals.

Weekly Lesson Rates

Tuition for private lessons is due monthly at the beginning of each month; group classes make payment for the entire semester upfront (18 weeks).
